It would be nice with an e-mail to confirm the reservation for the return transportation one day in advance; we received the confirm mail during the middle of the night the very same day as we were picked up at 5:00 am.
But the taxi was there and everything worked out perfectly !

It would be really reassuring if there was a live tracking feature. Our pick up was at 0515 and there was nothing to tell us the taxi was on its way. It turned up exactly on time so no complaints, but at that time in the morning, I was still a bit nervous that it wasn’t going to come.

You might have to do more on your advertising online; I think I tried about 4-5 companies before I found your website and by luck you were available.

The child chairs both ways looked very old and was a bit small to our oldest child. The childchairs was only attached with the carbelt and not isofix, and they were unfortunatley front faced. Other than that, the service and the drivers was very helpfull and friendly.

I am currently trying to book from Arinaga beach to airport but you do not seem to offer a service when I last checked. You need to be able to cover all customer requirements, and at least give a quote.

Very prompt and reliable taxi company which I booked as I was travelling with a bicycle box. Probably about €35 more than just flagging one down in the street or on a taxi rank but when travelling with large items it was nice not to worry about finding a taxi big enough when travelling back to the airport.
Overall though I would use again.

The driver drove to wrong place when he was supposed to drive us back from El Golfo to Puerto del Carmen. I had to walk a few hundred meters to pick him up.

i dont understand, I have booked a Round trip · Sedan · 2 passengers, but it was a mini bus who pick us up in the ariport.
Some of the vehicles dose not live up to the price rate.

Trevligt bemötande av båda chaufförerna! ***** Mycket bra att ni infört Whatsup eftersom det är lättare att kommunicera via den än per telefon när man som vi inte har spanska som modersmål. Det var till stor hjälp för oss när vi glömde en mobil telefon i bilen. Vi är väldigt tacksamma till operatören som kontaktade oss och för att taxichauffören kom med telefonen! ***** till henne!!

Nothing. Service was great. Especially and most importantly the seats for our 10 month old daughter and 4 year old boy. This was one of the reasons why we have chosen Taxi Gran Canaria. The pick-up for our return trip was VIP worthy. A well dressed young man with extra seats in the back were we could choose from. more then excellent. We have recommended your service to friends of ours, also traveling with two young kids.

Principales dudas antes de reservar
Para reservas desde aeropuerto, te esperaremos con un cartel que indica tu nombre en la terminal de llegadas, no obstante, al finalizar la reserva recibirás información de cómo encontrar al conductor junto a los números de emergencias.
Si tu reserva es desde hotel, nos encontraremos en la recepción siempre y cuando en la reserva no te informemos de lo contrario.
En caso de ser traslados a una dirección particular, nos veremos en el número de la calle que hayas especificado.
Monitorizamos los vuelos y sabemos en tiempo real el estado con herramientas proporcionadas por Aena y las aerolíneas. Como medida adicional, es importante que nos mantengas informados en todo momento de la información que te va proporcionando la aerolínea por email o al teléfono de emergencia para estar doblemente informados.
Accediendo a la sección “Mi reserva” podrás ajustar tus fechas y horas de viaje con hasta 25 horas de antelación.
En caso de querer hacer una modificación con menos del tiempo mínimo permitido, haremos todo lo posible por reubicarte, por favor contáctanos.
Puedes cancelar cualquiera de tus traslados accediendo a la sección "Mi Reserva" de nuestra página web con hasta 25 horas de antelación.
Las cancelaciones recibidas con más de 25 horas serán reembolsadas en su totalidad. No se realizarán reembolsos de cancelaciones recibidas menos de 25 horas antes de la hora del traslado.
Para cancelaciones de reservas con medios de pago que apliquen suplemento, tipo PayPal, se hará devolución de coste del traslado exceptuando la comisión cobrada por el proveedor en concepto de suplemento de pago.
